Appointments

Initial appointments: When you have been contacted you will be offered an initial appointment which is free of charge to discuss your counselling needs. It will also give you an opportunity to get a better idea what counselling entails and if it is something you wish to engage in. There is no pressure to decide there and then to commit to counselling and you will be given time in this session to ask any questions you have about counselling. After the initial appointment you will be given some space to make your final decision.

Fees for individual sessions are £60, lasting 50 minutes.

Relationship/couple counselling sessions are £80, lasting 50 minutes.

Supervision sessions are £50 per hr/£75 for 90 minutes. Counselling trainees £40 per hr/£60 for 90 minutes whilst training.

I hold sessions in-person and online.
