I am a qualified integrative counsellor and supervisor offering individual (one-to-one) counselling sessions or counselling supervision.

I work from Somerset Counselling Centre in Tower Street,Taunton, Somerset, TA14BH.

People seek counselling for a variety of reasons, it maybe you are seeking support for a particularly challenging peiod in your life as a result of significant change in circumstances or maybe you feel you are carrying the weight of past experiences that are continuing to affect your present way of being. You may be at at crisis point or not, some people engage in counselling to deepen their own self-understanding, others to explore social, cultural or spiritual concerns that affect their lives whilst others see it is a productive way of keeping themselves psychologically healthy.

Whatever your reason for seeking counselling I aim to provide a safe, caring, supportive counselling space and relationship where you have the freedom to explore your experiences, feelings, thoughts and behaviours at your own pace and to help you untangle the complexities of your situation and your reactions to them.

Counselling can be utilised to make specific changes to our lives, but change can also occur as a result of having the time and space to talk through your feelings, thoughts and experiences. Your counselling experience will be unique to you and I will support you in that unique journey with care and respect.
